What if we could weave a narrative to demonstrate how an app can facilitate effective company leadership?


FIT BOARD is an app at its beta stage which enables the directors of a company to understand the dynamic within within leadership teams and plan ahead for better and more effective results. The process for this particular project was an interesting one, where the client saw herself as a creative collaborator, also the voice over artist in the demo video. Up till the story board production in After effects, the process was evolved as a synergetic creative alliance punctuated by several video calls.

The initial intent of the video was to demonstrate how the prospective customer would use the app. While discussing the brief and trying to understand how we could make the customer journey apparent for the person using it, we felt the need to explain from a stakeholder perspective (The Simon Sinek approach) the following:

  • Why this app would be useful in the modern boardroom scenario,

  • How it would benefit the chair of the board,

  • What are the ways (the features) of the app that enables stakeholders to work even better together in future.

Thus, establishing the value proposition of the brand and application through the video.

The voice over was extracted from the value proposition document. The storyboard created on Adobe Illustrator and animation created on Adobe Aftereffects was based on the voiceover script.
